These Luxury Town Houses have been designed and built to provide maximum
comfort all year round.

FOUNDATIONS AND FRAMEWORK -
Earthquake resistant reinforced concrete to Structural Engineer’s design.
Cast in situ.
EXTERNAL WALLS
Cavity construction in block-work, with ventilation, to cover all columns
and beams, insulated with “Dow - Wall Mate”.
Rendered with sand/cement and finished with high quality paint.
ROOFS
Concrete roof, screeded in sand/cement, waterproofed with bituminous
membrane, and “Dow – Roof Mate” which is then covered with netting and a
further protective screed of sand/cement.
Finished with traditional clay tiles.
WINDOWS
Double glazed white aluminium windows, with mosquito nets.
Ground floor bedrooms to have dark green aluminium shutters.
1st floor windows to have electric roll up shutters.
FRONT DOOR
Hardwood panelled and varnished door.
INTERNAL DOORS AND CUPBOARDS
Varnished flush doors with applied moldings and good quality ironmongery.
INTERNAL WALLS
Blockwork of suitable thickness rendered with fine sand/cement and
finished with high quality paint.
Bathrooms walls to be finished with glazed ceramic tiles on all visible
surfaces, not inside cupboards, with hand painted glazed ceramic border
tiles, where appropriate.
Kitchen walls to be finished with glazed ceramic tiles, not inside
cupboards, to 2.10 m height.
INTERNAL CEILINGS
Fine plaster, with cove at junctions with walls to be finished with high
quality white paint.
FLOORS AND EXTERNAL STAIRCASES
Internal floors to be finished with Dominó – Algarve model floor tiles.
Garage floors to be finished with Cinca – Granitdur model floor tiles.
Terraces and external staircases, to be waterproofed with bituminous
membrane and finished with Dominó – Monsaraz model floor tiles.
INSULATION
Ground floor, internal floors will be made up of a concrete slab,
bituminous membrane under the walls, screed of sand/cement, “Dow – Floor
Mate”, a further screed of sand/cement and tile finish.
First floor, internal floors will be 40 cm thick, including concrete slab,
“Leka” insulation material , “Dow – Floor Mate”, screed of sand/cement and
tile finish.
Walls between houses will be 30 cm thick, of cavity construction in
blockwork, insulated with rock wool.
BEDROOMS
Spacious and comfortable bedrooms, with large cupboards and verandas.
BATHROOMS
Fully fitted tiled bathrooms. White enamelled porcelain by Valadares,
model “Estoril”. Taps by “Zenite”. Marble or granite top.
1st floor bathroom with Jacuzzi bath tub.
KITCHENS
High quality tiled kitchen, with fitted kitchen units, marble or granite
tops, cooking hob with extractor hood, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave
oven and dishwasher.
Terrace with pergola.
SITTING ROOM
Spacious sitting-room with fireplace, leading to large terrace, with it’s
staircase leading to the garden.
GARAGE
Large garage, with plenty of room to keep your car, golf clubs etc.
Automatic door.
