We have recently purchased a four-bedroom villa in the Praia da Marina
area. We have been quoted what we consider to be quite a high charge for
the appointment of a maid on an annual basis and would appreciate
receiving any advice with regard to current maids rates for larger sized
villas. We will require the maid to attend at our villa during the Summer
for five days, for a minimum of two hours and during the Winter for three
days, for a minimum to clean/aerate the villa. We thank you in
anticipation of any advice/help that you can offer in this respect.

I have heard of the Gama club apartments. Apparently nothing to write
home about. Stick to the exclusive ones such as Rocha Brava etc. They have
a history and will not disapoint you.
