Sully's is located in the main square of Carvoeiro. It is one of three original taverns in the village where the fishermen used to go to discuss their day's catch. One of the main attractions of Sully's is the unique feature of being carved into the rock. The present day decoration is that of a traditional English pub with a very definite international influence encouraged by our multi-lingual staff.

Having the cosy atmosphere that it does, Sully's is a great place for meeting people and making long lasting friendships. Opening early, it is a popular venue for our famous full English breakfast. Food continues to be served throughout the day and into the evening. During the afternoon, people finding the beach too hot, call in to enjoy a cool drink and lively conversation. Sports events are shown on television with a strong emphasis on football and motor racing.

In the evenings drinks are served by Flavio, our resident cocktail barman who will be pleased to suggest locally produced drinks like "Medronho" (firewater) or any drink of your choice.

As the night draws on, the party starts, encouraged by a wide selection of music ranging from the sixties to the present day, chosen especially to make your evenings in Sully's the most enjoyable of your stay.
