We have been visiting Carvoeiro regularly for the last 12 years.We have been for 2 weeks in January and October this year.We are so pleased to have found your web site. The hourly weather picture is great.

I have come across a travel book published in 1965 the chapter on Carvoeiro makes you wish you had discovered it 25 years ago.

Can anyone help? The green coloured house with the tower that belonged to a judge is it where there is a dance school now behind O Costello?

Ive just returned from a weeks holiday in Carvoeiro. I had a wonderful time, apart from one problem that distressed me. Im afraid i became a little too attached to a stay dog that never leave the main square of Carvoeiro! He belongs to no one.. and never leaves the vicinity of this square. Hes quite a large dog.. with dark brown and white markings... hard to avoid. He has a wonderful nature, and sadly, i feel its such a waste. I fed him during my stay as much as i could, but, ask that any kind person visiting this square, could do likewise. Hes such a warm and loving animal, and dearly loves the company of people. I shall sadly miss the warm welcome i received on my visit, and plead that some kind person could show him a little time and effection. Remember...everything that goes around... comes around.
