This is a great site... I've just come back from Carvoeiro and fallen in love with it. It's good to know that I can just go on line and see what's going on.

A brilliant website. And a brilliant country too. We stay there every springtime. It will always be carvoeiro. But You have to do something for the restaurants. It's no longer typical portuguese cooking. Therefore You have to go outside form carvoeiro, e.g. Lagos or Ferragudo.

Just returned from Monte Carvoeiro for the second time in less than a year. Can't Wait to return to the brilliant facilities provided by Ian and Eileen Frankland, our friends at 'Monte' Superb, Brilliant, Fantastic - what else can we say.

Redirected there after Praia de Gale fell through due to building work.

What a stroke of luck !!!

Great mix of old and new Algarve and great ice cream at Palacio de Cone !!!

Algar Seco a cracking place to visit.
